Monaco – September 2026 – M3 Monaco is pleased to announce that Corinthia Yacht Club, located at The Pearl Island in Qatar, has achieved Regatta level under the S3 Smart & Sustainable Standard.

Corinthia Yacht Club represents a distinctive combination of Qatar’s maritime heritage, contemporary architecture and premium hospitality, contributing to the continued development of the country’s yachting culture.

Inspired by the sails of traditional Qatari dhows, its architecture creates a strong visual connection between Qatar’s maritime identity and the future of its waterfront development.

Overlooking the marina at Porto Arabia, the Yacht Club combines premium facilities and hospitality with the ambition to develop a genuine community around the sea, bringing together members, yacht owners, sailors and visitors.

The S3 assessment recognised this positioning alongside the Club’s approach to service quality, customer experience and its integration within the wider marina and waterfront environment.

The Regatta certification, corresponding to the Advanced level of the S3 framework, recognises the strong foundations already established while identifying opportunities for continued improvement and progression.

For M3 Monaco, Corinthia Yacht Club illustrates how a contemporary yacht club can build upon local maritime heritage while introducing new standards of hospitality, community and yachting experience.
