Monaco, September 2026: M3 Monaco is proud to announce that Ayla Marina, Aqaba, Jordan, has achieved Sovereign level under the S3 Smart & Sustainable Standard, the highest level of recognition within the international certification framework developed by M3 Monaco.

Integrated into the remarkable Ayla waterfront destination on the Red Sea, Ayla Marina distinguished itself through the quality of its operations, customer experience, environmental commitment and the exceptional engineering vision behind its development.

From a naturally constrained coastline, Ayla has succeeded in creating an entirely new waterfront environment comprising two lagoons, beaches and a premium marina. This achievement has been delivered with particular attention to the surrounding marine ecosystem, including initiatives supporting biodiversity and the creation of new habitats favourable to coral development.

The audit also recognized Ayla Marina’s high level of operational maturity and its continuous commitment to quality, safety and environmental performance.

Achieving Sovereign, the highest S3 certification level, recognizes organizations demonstrating exceptional performance across the Standard’s eight pillars and the managerial maturity required to transform sustainability, operational excellence and customer experience into long-term value.
